A contact submission does not create a commercial relationship. Scope, price, timeline, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and payment terms are established in a separate proposal or electronically signed contract.
Software clients receive the source code, documentation, and credentials expressly identified as deliverables after meeting the applicable contractual and payment obligations. Third-party licenses and services retain their own terms.
Warranty scope and duration are defined in each agreement and generally cover reproducible defects in the agreed deliverables. New requirements, third-party failures, attacks, misuse, or changes outside our control are not automatically warranty work.
We use responsible security and reliability practices, but no internet service can be guaranteed to remain continuously available or immune from every attack. Hosting commitments, backups, response procedures, and service levels must be stated in the applicable agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibilities and liability are limited by the signed agreement. We may update these website terms, while existing projects remain governed by their applicable signed documents.
Contractual clarity
Submitting the contact form does not create a commercial relationship. Work begins only after the applicable terms are accepted in writing.
Contact us before starting a project if you need clarification about scope, ownership, warranty, or support.
